Leadership
Jim Manning is the founder of Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC, one of Nevada's largest providers of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services, specializing in residential and multi-family housing as well as larger commercial construction and tenant improvement projects. Jim has been responsible for all facets of maintaining the ongoing business since inception over 20 years ago.
Alan Carducci is responsible for maintaining the ongoing business of Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC, including implementing and directing corporate initiatives to highlight construction activities and improve customer serviceability, utilizing a variety of external resources and communication strategies.
Timothy Slattery joined Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC in 2002, and is primarily responsible for the daily operation and conduct of the Commercial Department. He oversees sales, suppliers, purchasing, estimating, project managing, job cost analysis, project budgets, and client relations for new construction plumbing and air conditioning commercial sales.
