Reviewing proposed revisions to existing statutes affecting industry regulation, maintaining compliance with administrative codes and statutory requirements, negotiating contracts, job-costing on a monthly basis, and pursuing requisite professional licensing as the company continues to diversify, Jim administers business development and other industry-wide initiatives for all aspects of residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC construction and services. A community-minded humanitarian, Jim Manning has devoted equal amounts of time and effort to supporting charitable causes as he has to growing the business of Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Contributing millions of dollars to a host of children’s charities, war veterans’ foundations, police and fire rescue funds, scholarship programs and museum endeavors, Jim’s commitment to improving the lives of others is paramount, and second to none. As a past member, Jim likewise dedicated eight years to the Young President’s Organization (YPO) – the world’s largest network of peers that connects members to exchange ideas, pursue learning, and share strategies to achieve personal growth and professional success. Jim Manning is the founder of Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC, one of Nevada's largest providers of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services, specializing in residential and multi-family housing as well as larger commercial construction and tenant improvement projects. Jim has been responsible for all facets of maintaining the ongoing business since inception over 20 years ago.
