President Corporate Management Industry Relations Manages Commercial & Service Operations  Timothy Slattery joined Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC in 2002, and is primarily responsible for the daily operation and conduct of the Commercial Department. He oversees sales, suppliers, purchasing, estimating, project managing, job cost analysis, project budgets, and client relations for new construction plumbing and air conditioning commercial sales.
He likewise oversees the Service department, both plumbing and HVAC. Mr. Slattery is responsible for developing and growing the residential service customer base in addition to managing the departments’ employees and budget. He maintains industry-wide contacts, and interfaces with corporate counsel to ensure that the company’s business practices, policies and procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Mr. Slattery is also responsible for responding to both client and colleague requests for information and services, and is devoted to maintaining relationships with local and national accounts, local government officials, and suppliers and vendors.Prior to being promoted to President of Interstate in 2007, Mr. Slattery was the Service Department Manager and played an integral part in growing Service Department revenue. Before joining Interstate, Mr. Slattery was a Project Manager at Marnell-Corrao Associates in Las Vegas, where he was responsible for all phases of projects performed at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino and New York-New York Hotel and Casino from budgets and contractual agreements through completion. He also owned a plumbing repair company in Las Vegas from 1995-1998, and a plumbing and heating business in Mammoth Lakes, California from 1978-1998, which performed all phases of plumbing for new construction and service, both residential and commercial.
