Alan Carducci is responsible for maintaining the ongoing business of Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC, including implementing and directing corporate initiatives to highlight construction activities and improve customer serviceability, utilizing a variety of external resources and communication strategies.

Mr. Carducci is also responsible for responding to both client and colleague requests for information and services, maintaining industry-wide contacts, reviewing proposed revisions to existing statutes affecting industry regulation, and conducting and compiling all related legislative bill tracking and subsequent data. Prior to becoming COO of Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, Mr. Carducci had been the General Manager since 1995, and has played an integral part in the company’s growth. His previous positions at Interstate have included Job Foreman, Estimator and Project Manager.

Before his tenure at Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, Mr. Carducci was the General Foreman at Prestige Plumbing, Inc. in Irvine, California, where he was responsible for all phases of plumbing for new construction, both residential and commercial, and for overseeing production of assigned work crews. He also was a Job Foreman for Catalyst Thermal in Irvine, California, and a Journeyman Plumber/Job Foreman at MCS Plumbing in Las Vegas, Nevada.
