Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC provides plumbing installation and services for the construction of new residential housing and commercial buildings. Residential customers include single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and multi-family residences, while commercial clients include restaurants, office complexes, multi-use facilities, high rises, multi-level motels, timeshares, military, municipalities, medical facilities, hotels, educational facilities and industrial buildings. From installing underground piping, to fire sprinkler systems, to bathroom and kitchen fixtures (toilets, faucets, bathtubs), Interstate handles every aspect of plumbing services. Experiencing significant diversification over the past several years, Interstate has continued to expand its ability to meet the ever-changing landscape and demands of the construction trade.

DESIGN / BUILD and DESIGN / ASSIST SERVICES
Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC works with several engineering teams to produce design documents to meet our client’s needs. We review engineering opportunities and support our field staff in problem solving solutions. When a client wants separate contracts for design and construction, our team uses their design/build experience to help reduce gaps in scope and coordinate our work with other trades.

CONCEPTUAL BUDGETING
Conceptual budgets are typically developed during the initial stages of projects. We interview the customer, review design narratives for plumbing requirements, and develop a complete scope of work based upon performance and cost goals. This service helps our clients prepare for future construction.

CENTRAL PLANTS/BOILERS/MECHANICAL PIPING
Our proje dsc01534_good ct management teams analyze the design documents using 2D, 3D, and Building Integration Modeling (BIM) to maximize installation efficiency and minimize conflicts and installation time. This extra effort provides a cleaner installation, maximizing serviceability and efficiency.

LEED COMPLIANCE and CERTIFICATION
If you are interested in increasing the value of your building, conserving energy and water, or being a good corporate citizen, the LEED Certification Program can help you achieve your goals. LEED-related plumbing services include: low flow plumbing fixtures; waterless urinals; high efficiency water heaters; solar domestic water heating; gray water systems for water re-use; and, use of pro-press copper fittings and CSST gas piping for innovative credit points – recycled materials, solder-less and oil-less which are environmentally friendly.

HYDRO-JETTING
Hydro-Jetting uses high velocity water pressure to blast away years of accumulated scale, silt, sand, and grease buildup on the inside walls of your pipes. At 4000 PSI, Hydro-Jetting has the power to burst open the toughest blockages while scouring the full diameter of the pipe, thereby flushing debris and leaving lines clean and clear.

LINE LOCATING/SEWER CAMERA
Interstate Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC has fiber optic cameras on all our Service vehicles to locate and record sewer blockages or damage to your piping system. The camera inspection can be recorded to determine causes of sewer problems and help determine what steps can be taken to resolve the customer’s problems.
